Job Description:

City of Cape May is seeking a F/T Benefits/Wellness Coordinator. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ related experience with preference to candidates with SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification. Municipal government experience a plus. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the administration of medical, prescription, dental, and vision benefits, coordinating with the City’s health insurance broker, employee relations, handling various HR issues, COBRA administration, assist in the administering and tracking employee training.
